Terms of sale

FDC (“we”) sells the products on fdcshop.com and is the party to these terms. Our warehouses are run by partner operators in each country; your contract is with FDC alone.

An account is a random 16-digit number that we generate once and show you once. We do not store it and cannot recover it: anyone holding the number holds the account. Keep it private. We ask for nothing else to open an account.

Prices are shown in US dollars. An order is accepted when the payment for it has been received in full. Until then the goods are not reserved, and a price shown on the site may change. Shipping is included in the amount you pay unless the order says otherwise.

We accept payment in USDT to the address and in the exact amount shown for your order. A transfer for a different amount, to a different address, or after the quoted amount expires may not be matched to your order automatically; contact us with the transaction reference if that happens. Payments are final once received.

Your order is dispatched from the warehouse you chose when ordering, after the payment has landed. The stock shown for a warehouse is live to the day; if a product runs out between your order and dispatch, we will offer the same product from another warehouse or refund the line. Transit times, import formalities and any duties or taxes at destination are your responsibility.

The products are supplied for laboratory research use by professionals. They are not medicines, are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not sold with any claim of therapeutic effect. By ordering you confirm that you are buying for research use and that you are permitted to receive the products at the delivery address.

Lyophilized products are sealed and temperature-sensitive, so goods cannot be returned once dispatched. If a product arrives damaged or does not match its certificate of analysis, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and the lot number and we will replace it or refund it.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, for delays caused by carriers or customs, or for the use made of a product after delivery. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of FDC's country of registration. Disputes go to the courts of that country.
